What to write about
- An order — the order number, and what went wrong.
- A seller payment — the ₱50 reference number, if it has not been approved.
- Your account — a sign-in problem, or a request to close it.
- Your data — to see, correct or delete what we hold. Write from the address on your account. See the privacy policy.
- A report — a fake listing, a prohibited item, or a member behaving badly.
- Advertising — if you want to advertise with us.
We answer as quickly as we can. This is a small operation, so please allow a couple of days before chasing.
